Exchange and Return Policy

What is the return policy?

We accept returns on all of our items within 3 working days of the date you receive your order.

We only require that the following requirements be met:

• Items must be in their original condition.

• The item(s) must not be used in any way.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements.

Refunds will be issued excluding the original return and shipping label cost.

Are returns free?

The shipping cost incurred to return the item/items to ANALOGSTORES.com for a refund is not covered or compensated.

How can I organize a return?

To initiate a return process, simply email us at [email protected] using the same email address used to order the product.

(Please note that we are unable to refund the initial shipping charges for returned merchandise, other than defective items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.)

Once the items are received, you will receive your refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).

ANALOGSTORES.com cannot be held responsible for lost products that are returned. We recommend using a registered postal service to return merchandise, and keep a record of the tracking details.

Where do I send my return?

When we receive your request to return an item. We'll email you directly to the address you want the items to be sent to.

How long does it take to process my refund?

We try and process returns as quickly as possible. If you start a return, we do our best to respond within 24 hours.

We will refund you the same method you used for payment within 1-6 business days.

What if my order arrives damaged, or there is an error?

While we hope this never happens, if you receive a damaged item, or a manufacturing error occurs, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
